Coastside County Water District is seeking an Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager plans, organizes, coordinates and directs all District financial and administrative functions, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, billing, rate administration, customer service, human resources, and information technology. The Assistant General Manager serves as the principal financial officer of the District. The successful candidate must be able analyze and implement policy directives and to develop, oversee, and implement projects and programs in a variety of areas. The next Assistant General Manager will bring the ability to be a hands on leader within the organization. They will need to be able to convene diverse stakeholders in a manner that builds effective, on-going relationships. With strong financial and administrative skills, this person will utilize authentic communication to solve complex problems. It will be essential for the successful candidate to have a strong knowledge and appreciation for the region while building the future vision for the future.
