Plant Health Care Specialist

We’re looking for motivated Plant Health Care Specialists with a passion for trees and the environment! This role focuses on monitoring, diagnosing, and treating trees and shrubs on residential and commercial properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply treatments using spray, soil, and tree injection tools

• Communicate with clients and document work performed

• Maintain equipment and drive company vehicles safely

• Support tree care crews during the off-season

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for nature and willingness to learn

• Ability to work outdoors year-round

• Valid CA driver’s license

• Preferred: bilingual and/or prior tree care or landscape experience
