2. (7:05) Board of Supervisors’ Report and Reports from other Government Officials
3. (7:15) Public Comment & Announcements
   • (Members of the public may speak up to 3 minutes on any matter not listed on the agenda that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the MCC. Those wishing to speak on a specific agenda item will be given the opportunity to do so during consideration of each agenda item.)
4. (7:30) Consent Agenda (No discussion, unless requested to be moved for discussion.)
   a. Approve minutes for December 11, 2024.
   b. Approve minutes for January 8, 2025.
   c. Approve a limit of $200 for catering expenses for MCC retreat on January 25, 2025.
5. Regular Agenda – The Council may take action on the following items:
   a. (7:40) Coastside Fire Protection District request for emergency road repair to
   North Peak Access Road, Montara Mountain. SMC County Parks will discuss
   the proposed road repair project. Speaker: Nicholas Calderon (Toutant)
   Desired Outcome: Informational; consideration of potential next steps.
6. (8:20) Council Activity – Correspondence and meetings attended
7. (8:30) Future Agendas (Tentative): Stormwater, hydrants, Harbor District quarterly
   update, shoreline issues (Surfers Beach-related projects, Mirada Road update, etc.).
