MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA

Staff of the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) will hold a Timber Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting regarding suggested immediate harvest values for each species or subclassification of timber harvested in California between July 1 and December 31, 2023. This TAC meeting is being noticed in accordance with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act.
Background
On or before June 30, 2023, CDTFA shall estimate the immediate harvest values for each species or subclassification of timber harvested between July 1 and December 31, 2023, pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 38204, subdivision (a). On May 16, 2023, the members of the TAC will discuss the suggested immediate harvest values of timber harvested during the period July 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, as per the attached meeting agenda.
