Arts Program Specialist – Telework Option (Associate Governmental Program Analyst)

The California Arts Council is seeking an Arts Program Specialist (Associate Governmental Program Analyst) to join our Programs team. Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Arts Program Specialist (AGPA) in the Local Assistance Programs Unit independently performs the more complex and technical analytical work such as developing arts grant program guidelines, contract services, data research, summary reports, and internal process documents.

Council Liaison & Special Project Manager – Telework Option (Associate Governmental Program Analyst)

The California Arts Council is seeking a Council Liaison & Special Project Manager (Associate Governmental Program Analyst)to join our Programs team. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Council Liaison & Special Project Manager (AGPA) will independently perform a variety of administrative tasks and special projects to assist the Executive Director in carrying out his/her duties and responsibilities. The role will assist the executive director by analyzing policies and practices to determine and make amendments to ensure compliance with control agencies, regulatory and legal mandates, and best practices. In addition to providing recommendations and strategies, this role will assist with the implementation.
