After a barrage of winter storms hit the Coastside last winter, the city of Half Moon Bay is planning on taking a closer look at its watersheds to better understand and prepare for erosion and flooding. 

“It really proved that we need to take another look and different approach to our management of stormwater impacts,” Public Works Director Maziar Bozorginia said of the severe rainfall that occurred from late December 2022 to February 2023.
