CDFA is pleased to announce the 2025 California Nutrition Incentive Program (CNIP) Request for Proposals (RFP). CDFA is seeking project proposals from qualified entities to distribute nutrition incentives to CalFresh shoppers using their benefits to purchase California-grown fresh fruits and vegetables at authorized Certified Farmers’ Markets, farm stands, and small business. Qualified shoppers should be able to receive the incentive at the time of purchase. Projects that reach low-income and/or low-access populations and communities with high rates of diet-related disease, will be prioritized.
