Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience)

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a horticulture position or related field.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in MS Office Business (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent problem solver, team player, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and well-organized.
• Ability to work long hours and some weekends as requested, especially during peak season(s).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and in team settings.

Physical Requirements

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities by this job include close distance and color vision.
