   a. Report on projects affecting the coast through the SMC Transportation Authority

5. Regular Agenda – The Council may take action on the following items:
   a. (8:00) Discussion of MCC recruitment strategy. (Mattammal)
   Desired outcome: Craft a strategy to recruit new MCC members both for this cycle and
   future cycles
   b. (8:55) Discussion of proposal to form a 501c(3) to aid in obtaining funding for
   coastside priorities. (Dieguez)
   Desired Outcome: Gain council and public feedback on proposal
