Call to Order (7:00pm) – Council member roll call

  1. (7:05) Board of Supervisors’ Report and Reports from other Government Officials
  2. (7:20) Public Comment & Announcements (Members of the public may speak up to 3
    minutes on any MCC-related topic on the Consent agenda or NOT on the Regular agenda.)
  3. (7:30) Consent Agenda (No discussion, unless requested to be moved for discussion.)
    a. Approve letter regarding Montara Mountain road maintenance
    b. Approve minutes from 3/27
  4. Regular Agenda – The Council may take action on the following items:
    a. (7:35) Presentation by the San Mateo County Transportation Authority on their
    Regional Connections Transit Plan. The RTC Plan will pursue projects for regional
    transit connecting San Mateo/Alameda/SF/Santa Clara Counties. Presentation by
    Patrick Gilster, Director of Planning and Fund Management for SMCTA, and Charlsie
    Chang, Government Affairs Officer. (Mattammal)
    Desired Outcome: Elicit community and Council feedback on transit for the SMCTA.
    b. (8:30) Discussion of draft letter summarizing community feedback on initial
    direction for the Rancho Corral de Tierra site plan. (Mattammal)
    Desired outcome: Approval of draft letter
  5. (9:30) Council Activity – Correspondence and meetings attended
  • Appeal of CCC re Surfers’ Beach Highway 1 plans
