6:00-6:10pm — Call to Order and Opening Business (10 minutes)
● Call to order
● Introduction of Council members
● Adopt minutes of previous PMAC meeting(s)
● Discuss any changes to the agenda
6:10-6:20pm — Bylaws discussion (10 minutes)
 Consider a review and rewrite of the PMAC bylaws. The community will be duly informed of the
meeting’s time and place
6:20-6:40pm — PMAC Roles Election for 2025 (20 minutes)
 Vote on board member roles for 2025
6:40-7:00pm — San Mateo County District 3 (20 minutes)
● Updates from Supervisor Ray Mueller’s office – Kathleen Moazed
7:00-7:15pm — Parking Committee (15 minutes)
● PMAC Council will hear a proposal on forming a Pescadero Parking Committee or update if the
committee has already been formed
7:15-7:30pm — Council business (15 minutes)
● Updates from Councilors – Committee and/or project updates
● Consider “Merchants Meeting” as the sole presentation for the February 11 th, 2025 PMAC meeting
● Discuss the need for an Owl Speaker to improve Zoom participation
 Consider scheduling board transition meeting (shared drive, website, email structure, general IT,

treasury/budget, copier)

○ What does PMAC do – Mission/Charter review for the community
○ Flock Safety Program review

● Members of the public may speak for up to three minutes each on any topic not on the agenda. If

purview of the Council. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in your opportunity to
