Join the Community Health Assessment (CHA) Forum at Senior Coastsiders, 925 Main St, Half Moon Bay on Wednesday, September 20 at 5:00 pm. San Mateo County Public Health, Policy & Planning (PHPP) is inviting community members to the CHA Community Forums to learn about the health status of the county and help identify health needs. Admission is FREE.  Dinner provided!
