a. Approve minutes for 11/29 - Regular Agenda – The Council may take action on the following items:
a. (8:00) Moss Beach Fire Station. Discussion of remodel plans. Presentation by
Ann Rothman and Dan Haggerty (Rothman)
Desired Outcome: Gather community input for creation of a draft letter to submit to
the council on Jan 24th.
b. (8:45) Age-Friendly Coastside – Senior Coastsiders Director Sandi Winter
describes the initiative and asks for information about the needs of Midcoast

c. (9:15) El Granada School Remodel. Review of remodel plans. Sean
